At West Coast Product & Supply Co., we stand behind the quality of the products we offer. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused, and undamaged items in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received
Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging
Show no signs of installation, modification, or wear

Certain items may be non‑returnable due to manufacturer restrictions or hygiene/safety considerations. Any such items will be clearly noted on the product page.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at info@westcoastproductsupply.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return authorization number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. For all other situations, please complete a return and place a new order.
